Ask what your home is worth
  1. First, let's talk goals and timeline

The first part of the process is seeing your home! I like to see a home top to bottom, understand the layout, updates, structure, and landscape. I will explain in detail the entire listing process, a listing contract, recent sales in your area, your goals, and your timeline.

  2. Design and budget

This is the fun part! Once we have engaged in a listing agreement, me and my team get to work on what areas of the home need the most attention. I will compile a scope of project spreadsheet, with line items like vendor bids and material costs keeping this process organized. After you approve the work, our team gets the ball rolling!

  3. We go live!

Staging, photography, social media, and all other components that market a home to perfection. Everyone is shopping online, and making sure we present your home polished will attract views online, ultimately getting buyers in the door.

  4. Offers and getting into contract

Getting multiple offers is not luck, it's a strategic effort that touches many of the variables that affect buyer behavior. Once your home is live and has had a few days on market, we will assess interest and present an offer day that welcomes all buyers to present at the same time. We review offers together, and once an offer is accepted we move you over into escrow!

  5. Close and celebrate!

It's an emotional process selling a home! The best part is closing day and seeing those funds land!
