About Fletcher Berke
Fletcher is an East Bay native, born at Alta Bates in Berkeley, and grew up in Piedmont, California. After graduating from Piedmont High School, he attended the University of Arizona.
After graduating, Fletcher began his career in Sales & Account Management. Fletcher naturally took to the analytical aspects of the role, later accepting a position at Restoration Hardware HQ as a Supply Chain Analyst back home in the Bay Area. Fletcher's real estate approach leverages an analytical mindset with client relationships at heart.
Eventually, the spreadsheets became too much, and his focus transitioned back to his sales and relationship foundation, which became a platform for jumping into real estate. Fletcher is friendly and honest, but don't be fooled — he fights hard for his clients and utilizes his agent network to win in a negotiation.
After a few years in real estate, Fletcher quickly became a top producer in Oakland, landing an opportunity to join the award-winning Cush Real Estate team. Within his first year at Cush, Fletcher produced $22 million in individual sales and continues to remain within the top 5% of agents by volume. He has closed over $100M in real estate sales while remaining deeply engaged in each transaction, making it feel like his clients are the only clients, building trust and community in our area.
Philosophy
Real estate works best when strategy and relationships move together. I bring the same rigor I learned in operations and account management to every transaction, without losing sight of the people and the community behind it.
Core values
Trust
I lead with honesty, even when it's not the easy answer, so you always know exactly where you stand.
Advocacy
I negotiate hard on your behalf and lean on a strong agent network to get results, not just activity.
Community
Piedmont and Oakland aren't just where I work — they're where I grew up, and where I'm raising my own family.
